Metal, silicone and a carry loop. Grab it for the hot tub, the job site or a friend's backpack. It plays for up to 15 hours.
What is this? A Bluetooth speaker with a metal and silicone body. 202.5 × 61 × 78 mm and about half a kilo. Made for the job site, the sauna, the hot tub and the trail. Or under your desk, if that suits you better.
Water is fine. IPX7 protection handles water. In Valco's own YouTube test it also survives urine, which is a remarkably specific requirement. The big buttons work with gloves on, and the carry loop hangs it from a backpack.
Battery. Up to 15 hours at 50 percent volume and at least 8 hours at full blast. USB-C charging, 5200 mAh.
Stereo and calls. Two Mk3s pair as TWS stereo. The built-in microphone handles calls, and the 3D button tricks your ears into hearing more speakers than there are. Whether it works depends on the ears.
Honestly. The body is not entirely our design, but we have improved the sound ourselves.
PS. 14-day home trial, 2-year warranty and free shipping.

The Max plays louder. The Micro fits in a pocket. The Mk3 is the one in between.

A speaker the size of a bar of soap. It hangs from your belt, shrugs off splashes and plays from a microSD card when the phone is elsewhere.
What is this? A small Bluetooth speaker, 10 × 8 × 4.5 cm and about 200 grams. Take it to the beach, the sauna, the job site and barbecues where the only sound system is a friend's phone.
Built for life. IPX6 protection handles water and sweat. The rubber back stops it sliding, and the loop hangs it from your belt. It does not go swimming.
The battery is small. 3–6 hours depending on volume. A bigger battery would make a bigger speaker, and then it would no longer be this one. Charging takes 1–2 hours.
One or two. One Micro plays in mono. Two pair as TWS stereo. A card slot plays MP3 files if the phone stays at home.
Honestly. The body comes from China. The sound is tuned in Finland.

The VMK25.2: a 55-hour battery, spare pads and repair. About half the price of the equivalent big-brand headphones.
What makes the Valco VMK25.2 special is that we've combined top-tier components, a touch of Finnish design and Kesthouse's more than 20 years of experience in mastering music and polishing sound.
The result is a balanced, accurate and pleasant sound, effective noise cancelling and a 55-hour battery life.
And all of this at roughly half the price of equivalent headphones from the big brands.
We dare to claim that the VMK25.2 offers exceptional value for money and one of the best listening experiences in its class.
And you don't have to take our word for it. Read the reviews or ask our customers. They say the same.
Unlike our competitors, we also care about what happens to the headphones after you've given us your money.
You get a full two-year warranty, replacement pads and a repair service practically until the end of the world. That's why most of the Valco headphones we've ever sold are still in use.
And on top of everything, our headphones are, of course, properly greenwashed.

On-ear, about 200 grams, 139 euros. F.A.Z. Kaufkompass picked it from 48 on-ear headphones.
For years we got feedback we didn't take seriously at first: your headphones are good, but too big. People with smaller heads tightened the headband all the way down, and the cups still dangled around their jawline.
So we made the VMK15. An on-ear model, about 200 grams, buttons hidden under the fabric surface and the same Jasse tuning as in our bigger models. The price is 139 euros, because we assumed you can't decently ask for more for smaller headphones.
Then Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung's Kaufkompass tested 48 on-ear headphones and picked the VMK15 as the winner of the entire comparison. We didn't design a test winner. We designed headphones for people the others don't fit. The win came as a bonus.
Below you'll find the reasoning, the reviewers' scores and one genuinely weaker point, which we'll tell you about ourselves before someone else beats us to it.
P.S. Light and folding down small, the VMK15 also makes an excellent travel companion: headphones for travel.

Valco and Kolo Design designed a headphone stand that arrives in a flat pack. Assembled, it is about 25 × 15 × 12 cm.
What is this? A headphone stand made of Finnish birch plywood, in black. It is a kit: the box holds laser-cut wooden parts and multilingual instructions. Assembly takes time, so set some aside.
Who is it for? For you, if you want something on your desk other than a tangle of cables. Also a gift for someone you would like to set a small challenge.
Safety. Assembly carries a risk of pinching and crushing injuries. Follow the instructions as if they were scripture. Valco is not responsible if you lose your fingers, your nerves or your sanity. You assemble this at your own risk.
Shipping is free, returns are accepted for 14 days and the warranty is 2 years.
