What is this? A repair package for VMK25.2, VMK25, VMK20, VMK19 and VMK15 headphones sold by Valco or a reseller. It fixes headphones whose warranty has ended or that you have broken yourself. We do not repair other brands.
What the price covers. The repair work, spare parts and shipping both ways. If the battery is worn, it is tested and replaced during the repair. The headphones are tested before they are sent back to you.
What you are allowed to break. Out-of-warranty and self-inflicted damage are both covered. If you sat on them, the dog ate them, or the battery gave up at an electric car charger, send them to us. You pay only part of the price of new headphones and your headphones get more life.
How it works.
- Buy the repair package.
- You get a ready shipping label and instructions by email.
- Print the label and pack the headphones with it. Include the repair code, your name, return address, phone number, email and a description of the fault.
- Send the package.
A repair typically takes 1–2 weeks from the moment the headphones reach us.
Note. Shipping is included in the price only within the EU. We do not offer the service outside the EU, for example to Norway, the United States or Bangladesh.
